Frequently asked questions

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

If you reach your monthly search or export limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. Your limits reset automatically at the start of each billing period.

Is there a long-term contract?

No contracts required. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. No questions asked.

What export formats are available?

Pro users can export to CSV format. Business and MAX users get access to all formats: CSV, Excel, JSON, and PDF exports.

What does "unlimited" mean on MAX, and what is the fair use policy?

MAX gives you unlimited searches and unlimited exports for normal, individual use — there are no hard monthly caps. MAX accounts are for a single person; sharing your login between multiple people, teams, or businesses is not permitted. Automated scraping or scripted high-volume querying outside the normal product flow may be rate-limited. Accounts that breach the fair use policy may be suspended or downgraded.
